Frequently Asked Questions &
How to Ask Us Other Stuff

There’s a Ruby Slipper to serve you 362 Days of the year! We are a family-owned & operated business, and we CLOSE Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day & Mardi Gras Day. If it’s not one of these days, WE ARE OPEN, and looking forward to serving you a fantastic meal. If it’s New Year’s Day or Ash Wednesday, chances are we are opening an hour later, because our staff likes to celebrate too!

Due to business volume, we do not take Reservations or Call Aheads. Walk up, put your name on the list, and enjoy a Ruby Slipper cocktail or a steaming cup of freshly-brewed French Truck Coffee while you wait. We’ll seat you as efficiently as possible, in the order you arrived (for your table size). Don’t worry, the people-watching is free!

Due to business volume we cannot seat incomplete parties. We know your friend/mom/husband is just parking the car, but seriously, sometimes the rest of the party doesn’t show up for days, and it’s not fair to all those patiently-waiting complete parties!

We have an ALL DAY menu, that means you can eat Breakfast, Lunch & Brunch any time you like!

Our Locations & Hours page has detailed hours of operation, location addresses, and maps.

Any other closures or special hours of operation are posted on our Home Page.

Private Party or Special Event? Contact us at events@therubyslippercafe.net for reservations for wedding showers, birthdays, bridal showers, and post-wedding breakfasts, etc.
